I've made two batches so far, and everything turned out great. The bags are easy to use, durable, and easy to clean/dry. The hash is good, and it is satisfying to use "every part of the buffalo" so to speak. The trim isnt going to waste, and yields a potent, tasty product. The bags are well worth the investment. I highly recommend their products.
